Services: Terms
The Terms of Service is subject to change and you shall be notified of any changes that may affect you but you will not be expected to agree to the changes if you have already placed any payment for a current project.
Resource Material
You are to provide the images in the case of a design project as I cannot use copyrighted or personal artworks for commercial usage. You may also request for an abstract design, in which case you will be required to pay extra.
Confidentiality
Your information (e.g. e-mail, MySQL username and password, etc.) will be kept safe. No member of a third-party will obtain any of your information from me.
Payment Policy
Any payment towards the project is strictly non-refundable unless it is my fault not relating to you or your demands. "Unsatisfactory work" is not a valid excuse as samples will be sent to you at each stage of a design project and all functions will be tested thoroughly for a coding project before it is sent to you. If there happens to be faults in the original project, I will repair them for free within 30 days from the final payment.
Cancellation of Order
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may decide to cancel the order at any time but any earlier payments towards the project will be non-refundable. To avoid being unsatisfied with the work I produce, please provide detailed descriptions or valid examples of what you are wanting and look at the portfolio or pre-made designs at Appassionato to get a basic idea of my personal style and standard.
Request for Changes/Additions
As samples will be sent to you at each stage for design work and the functions are those you have requested for coding work, you may not request any changes and/or additions to the project after you have accepted the completed project unless you would like to pay extra separately or there had been a fault in the original project.
After-Sales Service
Within 30 days from the payment date, I am happy to offer any help directly related to the requested project. This will include installations, guides to adjusting the coding/styles and any explanations of certain parts you do not understand about the project. It does not, however, include any changes and/or additions to the project. Response is not guaranteed for help requests after the 30 days.
Copyright and Redistribution
Credits is not required but I remain the sole producer of the project and you may not claim it as your work or redistribute it in any way—profitably or non-profitably.
My Rights
I can design/code anything in my own way that you have not specified as a requirement of the project. In that case, if you are unsatisfied, you may request for me to change it and if I won't, you can accept it or cancel the order with no financial refunds. I can decide to drop the project at any time with valid reasons. If it is my personal fault not relating to you or your demands, I shall refund you all earlier payments you have made towards the project.
